I have in my travels always tried to bring the best out in people and help them become the best versions of them self. And in doing so I've had people come to me asking me to take them under my wing. Being able to help individuals is amazing knowing it will then ripple through to others. But being able to reach a wider audience, and able to adjust multiple peoples life trajectory could cause larger ripples, even waves.
